The project is on the site of the Saint Vincent de Paul clinic in the 8th district of Lyon, with a 19th century property that is characteristic of such hospitals set in landscaped grounds. As you enter the site, you are impressed by the central property which you come cross while discovering the park and its hundred-year-old trees. The project plans to develop the entire site, upgrading its remarkable buildings and integrating them into a new urban complex of blocks that is composed with the existing park while minimizing the impact of the future apartment buildings on the ground. The project plans to have services and shops as well as housing of different types including town-houses, duplexes and patio houses, all of which have pleasant external living spaces. Our scheme consists in showing the enclosed site and its hundred-year-old park by a succession of footpaths and perspectives which reveal this remarkable 19th century property.
